What is the difference between the motorcycle-specific and bicycle-specific models?
Similarities: The appearance is almost the same. The charging cable is identical.
Differences: The main boards are different. The brackets are different. The software features are different.
The LED indicators mean?
The LED indicators may appear in a different mix of colours (e.g. purple) depending on the state of the machine itself, that is normal.
Power on automatic video recording. Charging status - green; WIFI related-blue; Video related-red.
Do you provide ongoing updates and optimizations?
Absolutely. 710S support OTA (Over-The-Air) updates. We're committed to continuous software improvement, regularly introducing new features to enhance your experience with AKEEYO products.
Can recording be completed without connecting the charging cable?
Recording can be completed without connecting the charging cable if the battery has power.
AKY-710S has a battery capacity of 1800mAh, allowing for up to 5.5 hours of recording at 1080P resolution.
Can charging be done without using the supplied charging cable?
Recommended to use supplied charging cable for charging, ensuring charger voltage is 5V 2A. Using other chargers may damage device, prevent charging, or result in incomplete charging.
The power bank can also be used for power supply.
Unable to connect to your phone or experiencing WiFi connection problems?
1.Ensure the WiFi password is correct (refer to page 18 of the instructions).
2.Try rebooting both the product and the phone.
3.Check if the 710S Motorcycle camera WiFi is turned on (see page 11 of the instructions).
